The business was set up in 2009 by an experienced Insurance Loss Assessor and qualified Building Surveyor, Trevor Kelly.
Since its inception, ICS has successfully handled thousands of private and business insurance claims related to fire damage, water damage, storm damage, flood, subsidence, burglary, and many other perils.

Trevor Kelly
Managing Director
Trevor is a Chartered Building Surveyor and the founder of Insurance Claim Solutions. He established the firm in 2009 after years of frontline experience in insurance claims and building surveying, and has since overseen the successful settlement of thousands of domestic and commercial property claims across Ireland.
He is a Registered Public Loss Assessor regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland.

John Holland
Senior Loss Assessor
John is a qualified Building Surveyor and Senior Loss Assessor specialising in major, technical and complex losses.
He leads the assessment and negotiation of high-value commercial and domestic claims, including fire, subsidence and business interruption matters that require detailed technical analysis.
Colette Kenny
Business Development Manager
Colette manages business development at Insurance Claim Solutions, building relationships with insurance brokers, solicitors and referral partners across Ireland. She is the first point of contact for new enquiries and ensures clients are matched with the right loss assessor for their claim.
Gaby Cosser
Office Manager
Gaby oversees the day to day running of the office and supports the claims team through every stage of the process. She manages client communications, documentation and case administration, ensuring claims progress smoothly from first contact to final settlement.
