This policy explains how Insurance Claim Solutions (Trevor Kelly Insurance Claim Solutions Limited) uses cookies and similar technologies on this website, and how you can control them.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. Some are needed for the website to work. Others help us understand how the website is used or measure our advertising. Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser; persistent cookies stay on your device until they expire or you delete them.

Your choices

When you first visit the website, a banner asks whether you accept analytics and advertising cookies. You can accept all, reject all or choose each type separately. These cookies are only set if you agree. If you do not agree, Google’s tags still send Google limited information without using cookies, such as that a page was viewed, so that Google can estimate overall how the website and our adverts perform. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page, or the button below. We ask again after six months, or sooner if we start using new types of cookies. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, although some parts of the website may not work properly if you block necessary cookies.

We keep a record of each choice for three years, so that we can show what was agreed. The record holds a random reference (also kept in your ics_consent cookie), the date and time, the page you were on and the choices made. It does not include your name, IP address or contact details.

Strictly necessary cookies

These keep the website working and secure, and remember your cookie choices. They do not need your consent.

Cookie settings (ics_consent): remembers the cookie choices you make on the website for six months.
WhatsApp chat button (ht_ctc_storage, kept in your browser): remembers the chat button’s display settings.
Stripe (__stripe_mid, __stripe_sid): set by our card payment provider, only on the balance of payment page, to help prevent fraud when you pay by card.
Website security and performance: our hosting provider and website software may set short-lived cookies to protect the website and our forms against misuse.

Analytics cookies (only with your consent)

Google Analytics (_ga, _ga_*): tells us how many people visit the website, how they found it and which pages they use.
Microsoft Clarity (for example _clck, _clsk): shows us how visitors use our pages, such as where they click and scroll, so we can improve the website.

Advertising cookies (only with your consent)

Google Ads (for example _gcl_au, _gcl_aw and Google’s IDE cookie): measures whether people who click our Google ads go on to contact us, and lets us show our adverts to people who have visited this website (remarketing).

Embedded content from other websites

Some pages include YouTube videos, which only load when you press play. YouTube may then set its own cookies. Reviews on some pages are shown through Trustindex, which may also set cookies. YouTube’s and Trustindex’s use of cookies is covered by their own cookie and privacy policies.
