Insurance Claim Solutions provides public loss assessor services and insurance claim help to home and business owners in Dublin and across the Republic of Ireland.
We offer an insurance policy cover review to help you check whether you are at risk of under-insurance, and we work with insurance brokers who want their clients to have professional claim management support.
The business was set up in 2009 by an experienced Insurance Loss Assessor and qualified Building Surveyor, Trevor Kelly.
Since 2009, ICS has handled more than 10,000 private and business insurance claims, including fire damage, water damage, storm damage, flood, subsidence, burglary and many other perils.
We follow a structured claim management process. Our loss assessors are qualified surveyors, and we are a Brokers Ireland Affinity Partner.

Trevor Kelly
Founder
Trevor is a Chartered Building Surveyor and the founder of Insurance Claim Solutions. He established the firm in 2009 after years of frontline experience in insurance claims and building surveying. The firm has since handled more than 10,000 domestic and commercial property claims across the Republic of Ireland.

John Holland
Senior Loss Assessor
John is a qualified Building Surveyor and Senior Loss Assessor specialising in major, technical and complex losses.
He leads the assessment and negotiation of high-value commercial and domestic claims, including fire, subsidence and business interruption matters that require detailed technical analysis.
Colette Kenny
Business Development Manager
Colette manages business development at Insurance Claim Solutions, working with insurance brokers and solicitors. She is the first point of contact for new enquiries and arranges for each client to be matched with a loss assessor for their claim.
Gaby Cosser
Office Manager
Gaby oversees the day to day running of the office and supports the claims team through every stage of the process. She manages client communications, documentation and case administration, helping each claim move through every stage from first contact to settlement.
