Trainee Loss Assessor Required
Insurance Claim Solutions are looking to recruit a Graduate Building Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor to join our team as a Trainee Property Loss Assessor.
Role Requirements
The successful candidate should have the following attributes;

- Strong work ethic
- Willing to undertake insurance examination to meet minimum competency CIP
- BSc. Qualified
- Full clean driving licence
Duties
On-site Property damage surveys on domestic and commercial properties
You will be responsible for the assessment and claims management for properties that have been affected by water, storm, flood, fire damage etc
- Initial damage assessment and damage surveys throughout Dublin and the northeast
- Building Surveys
- Claim presentation
- Capturing 3D footage of large loss sites
- Compilation and formulation of BOQ and damage schedules
- Claim submission, follow up and negotiation
- Liaising with clients throughout the project and providing excellent customer service and follow up.
- Negotiation with contractors and other professionals
- Networking and Business development
- Insurance value at risk measured surveys
- Provide support to senior surveyors
