We had a house fire in Waterford last July and was given Trevor’s name by a friend that day with the advice to contact him.
This was without a doubt the best advice ever given to me, the extent of damage and the claims process was beyond anything I could have imagined or coped with. From the beginning Trevor was first class in his service, he came down to site the next day taking photos and fully catalogued the extent of damage. He arranged meetings with the
insurances loss adjuster, engineers, forensics and completely put my mind at ease throughout the process. His knowledge of both the process and people involved was amazing, he knew the requirements at every stage and professionally dealt with my claim in an efficient and effective manner.
The entire process took longer than expected, through no fault on our side, but Trevor helped keep our mind at ease at all stages. Although this was a traumatic and upsetting period for my family’s life, Trevor took the huge burden of dealing with the claim and I could not imagine what I would have done without him. Trevor is a reliable professional who is exceptionally good at his job and an absolute gentleman to deal with. I would recommend him without hesitation
